Violation can be notified through:

·         When the violation is issued, the violator will be notified if he has updated his  information at the Information Center.

·         Through SMS, by sending an SMS contains your ID number,  *56*ID number,  for example (*56*1234567890) to:

o   STC: 88993

o   Mobily: 625555

Updating of personal information:

-          By SMS through mobile phone:

o   At a very small fees of SR. 2.5, the applicant may send SMS containing all his personal information; through his mobile phone to:

§  Mobily phone number 623333

§   Zain phone number 709445

The message must contain the applicant's ID (iqama) number, year of expiry of his driving license – for holders of driving license – or year of expiry  of his vehicle registration certificate (istimarah) all dates must be in Hijri.

For example: *ID number* year of expiry of driving license or year of expiry of vehicle registration certificate, as explained below:

            *1234567890*1430 (without spaces)

Then the National Information Center verifies the information sent  then register the phone number in the database of the General Director for Traffic, in return the Traffic will you send the applicant a confirmation SMS within 24 hours to confirm the service. Afterward, Saher will notify violators of any traffic violation(s).
